This is a pattern for a quilted wall hanging that measures 14” by 14”. I got
the inspiration for this pattern when I was staying overnight in a hotel
after making a presentation to a quilt club in Sherman, Texas. Right now I
don’t remember if it was the carving on a side table, or the upholstery
fabric on the chair! I’m thinking that maybe it was a combination of both!
For those of you who like the fleur-de-lis, this one will satisfy your cravings,
as well! I chose various tans and browns from an 8-step selection of
Cherrywood Fabrics. If you haven’t tried their wonderful fabrics that have
the look of suede, you should! This one is small, and doesn’t take much
of ANY type of fabric!
